Basic Life Support Training
BLS Healthcare Provider Course
This course is designed to teach the skills of CPR for victims of all ages, use of an automated external defibrillator and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction. It is intended for participants who provide health care to patients in a wide variety of settings.
The Heartsaver AED Course
The Heartsaver AED Course teaches the basic techniques of adult CPR and how to use an AED. Students also learn about using barrier devices in CPR and giving first aid for choking.
The Heartsaver First Aid Course
This course provides the skills to effectively assess and maintain life from the critical minutes immediately following an emergency until the arrival of emergency medical services personnel.
CPR for Family and Friends
The CPR for Family and Friends course teaches rescuers skills in CPR and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction. It covers the AHA Chain of Survival and signs of heart attack, cardiac arrest, stroke and choking in adults, infants and children.

Care of the Ventilator Dependent Patient
5 hour class focusing on respiratory anatomy, function, Assessment Arterial blood gas, Diagnostic testing, Nutritional considerations, Psychosocial considerations, Commonly used medications and the use of a mechanical ventilator.
Basic EKG interpretation
5 hour class that covers anatomy & physiology of the heart, the electrical conduction system, cardiac lead placement for monitoring and 12 lead ekgs, basic dysrythmias and their treatment.

4 hour review of key infusion concepts and venipuncture practice.
Central Line Care & Maintenance
